LIBERATION / OBSERVATION

The inmates in the organization observe different festivals and rituals in the organization. Saraswati Puja and Ganesh Puja are two main observations in the institution. Except this Independence Day and Republic Day celebrated in the organization.

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION:

75th Independence Day was celebrated at Sishu Seva Ashram(CCI), Balijori of Sundargarh district on 15th August-2022. In the early morning the children went for the "Prabhat Pheri" to Balijori village by singing "Raghupati Raghaba Rajaram Song" and with different slogans.

Then the national flag was hosted by Mr. Trinath Xalxo, chief guest on the occassion. The children sang the national anthem very nicely. After hosting the national flag the children and guests gave valuable speech on Independence Day and freedom struggle of India. Then the children were awarded for different events.

CELEBRATION OF SARASWATI PUJA  IN  THE INSTITUTION:

It is believed that Goddess Saraswati the goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and nature, represents the free flow of wisdom and consciousness. She is the mother of the Vedas, and chants directed to her, called the 'Saraswati Vandana' often begin and end Vedic lessons. This year Saraswati Puja was celebrated on 16th February-2022. The children inmates celebrated Goddess Saraswati in the institution very peacefully.

OATH TAKING ON NATIONAL UNITY DAY:

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas or National Unity Day is celebrated on 31st October every year since 2014 to mark the birth anniversary of Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. This year marks the 145th birth anniversary of the freedom fighter and an ace politician. In countries like India, which are full of diversities- religions, castes, languages, civilizations, and cultures, it is very important to maintain unity. The staff and children inmates of out institution Sishu Seva Ashramcelebrated this day and take oath for the sake of national integrity of our nation.  

CELEBRATION OF CHILDREN’S DAY:

Children's Day is celebrated on dated 14th November each year across India to elevate consciousness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. It is celebrated on 14 November every year on the birthday of the First Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who was known to have been fond of children. On this day, many educational and motivational programs for children are held all over India.

This year we celebrated Children’s Day with our children inmates in the institution. Mr. Trinath Xalxo, JEE, Sundargarh was presented as Honorable guest in the programme. The children inmates were participated in different competitions organized during the occasion and awarded with trophy and other rewards.
